Reed leads The Lesson, a pioneering media company that leverages powerful stories to inspire action. His career bridges the realms of creative arts, media, sports, business, and innovation, driven by a passion for narratives that catalyze human excellence.
Post-graduation from UT, Reed kicked off his career in Disney’s Powder and quickly expanded his horizons to producing impactful media projects. Today, he’s shaping the future of leadership at MIT’s Sloan Fellows MBA program, coaching executives and entrepreneurs on the art of dynamic storytelling and leadership.
Over the recent years, Reed helmed Intel’s award-winning growth accelerator in the US, collaborating with some of the most promising deep-tech entrepreneurs and early-stage startups to enhance their storytelling and team dynamics.
Alongside an award-winning team with Lydia Tenaglia and Chris Collins, Reed is ambitiously expanding The Lesson beyond the traditional MasterClass format. The Lesson is growing a community where visionaries—entrepreneurs, athletes, and creators—share transformative life lessons through stories and strive for greater leadership, impact and fulfillment.
